Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Tracking: We provide a tracking number for all shipments with tracking-enabled services. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after you receive your number.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, please contact the carrier first. If the carrier isn’t in possession of your package, contact us right away so we can investigate with our fulfillment partners. If we confirm a logistics issue on our side, we’ll issue a full refund immediately after verification.
Delivery attempts & pickup: Make sure someone can receive the package at your shipping address. After multiple delivery attempts, the carrier may hold your package at a nearby location. Storage fees (if any) are set by the carrier and depend on package size/weight.
