Covered issues:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item received

How to request support:

  1. Email us within 3 calendar days of delivery and include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the defect or the incorrect item received

  2. We’ll review your claim within 2 business days and, if approved, you may choose one of the following:

    • Full refund

    • A replacement of the same item

    • A different item of similar value

    • A store credit equal to the item value

Size/fit & preference: Because we publish detailed measurements in centimetres/inches on our product pages, we don’t accept exchanges/returns for items that match the order but don’t fit or no longer match your preference (e.g., size, colour, model). Please review sizing before purchasing.
